Stronger Gum Extra Tough

Programs:

For Stronger Gum Extra Tough chew 2 pieces at a time. Put 1 piece on each side of the mouth on the molars, grind it down, and then chew normally with the gum on one side at a time.

For the regular Stronger Gum chew 1-6 pieces at a time by having gum divided between each side of the mouth on the molars when chewing. The stronger your bite is, the more pieces you should chew at once.

For optimal results, minimise movement of the cheeks while chewing. This means you should aim to keep the area at the side of the lips as still as you can.

The advanced program combines the regular and the extra tough version of Stronger Gum. In this program Stronger Gum Extra Tough is chewed for 15 minutes introducing the jaw bone to harder forces, and the regular Stronger Gum is chewed for 30 minutes. The combination of chewing harder material for a short period of time and the softer one longer replicates how our ancestors who had great facial structure had to break down hard materials and then chew on them for long periods.

The Express Program uses only the Extra Tough version, giving the jaw a hard workout in a short period of time.
